FAQ
Answers to the questions we hear most often.
Category 1
General
About the clinic, our team, locations and operating hours.
What is Klinik Amisi?
Klinik Amisi is a Malaysian medical clinic focused on aesthetic dermatology and women's intimate health. Our care is delivered by an all-female team of doctors and clinical staff across four branches in Bangi, Putrajaya, Shah Alam and Kuala Lumpur.
What are your operating hours?
We are open Tuesday - Sunday, 9:30am - 6:30pm. We are closed on Monday. Public holiday hours may differ — please confirm with the branch directly via WhatsApp before visiting.
Where are your branches located?
We currently operate four branches: our flagship in Bandar Baru Bangi, plus branches in Shaftsbury Mall Putrajaya, Plaza Azalea Shah Alam, and Marc Residence Kuala Lumpur. Each branch has its own WhatsApp line for direct booking. See our locations page for full addresses and maps.
Is your team really all-female?
Yes. Every doctor, nurse and treatment-room staff member at Klinik Amisi is female. This is a deliberate choice so that patients are comfortable discussing intimate, hormonal or sensitive concerns. Our front-of-house team is also female.
What languages do your team speak?
Our team can consult in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Some branches also have team members who can converse in basic Mandarin or other regional dialects — let us know your preference when booking and we will try to accommodate.

Booking and appointments
How to book, reschedule, walk in, and pay.
How do I book an appointment?
The fastest way is via WhatsApp — message the branch you prefer using the numbers on our locations page, or our main careline. You can also call us directly or fill in the contact form at the bottom of any page on this website. Our team will confirm your slot and share pre-visit information.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand schedules change. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice via WhatsApp or phone if you need to cancel or reschedule. For procedures that require a deposit, the deposit is generally transferable to a future appointment when notice is given in good time. Specific terms are confirmed at the time of booking.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We strongly recommend booking ahead so we can prepare for your visit and ensure a doctor is available. Walk-ins may be accommodated subject to availability, but you may experience a longer wait. Some treatments require pre-screening and cannot be performed on a walk-in basis.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit card, credit card and major e-wallets including DuitNow QR. Some branches also accept bank transfer. Specific payment options can be confirmed with the branch when you book.
Category 3
Treatments
What to expect from your consultation, choosing a plan, and combining treatments.
What happens during a consultation?
A consultation begins with a confidential discussion of your concerns and medical history with one of our doctors. If relevant, the doctor may perform a brief physical assessment. The doctor will then explain suitable options, what each involves, expected recovery and any risks, so you can make an informed decision. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment on the day.
How do I choose the right treatment for me?
We recommend booking a consultation first rather than choosing a treatment yourself. The right approach depends on your skin type, medical history, lifestyle and goals. Our doctors assess these factors holistically and may suggest a combination of approaches, lifestyle adjustments, or a phased plan over several visits.
Will I need multiple sessions?
Many aesthetic and pelvic treatments achieve their best outcomes through a course of sessions rather than a single visit. The number of sessions varies between individuals depending on the condition being addressed and how each person responds. Your doctor will recommend a session plan after assessment.
Can I combine multiple treatments in one visit?
Some treatments can be safely combined in the same session, while others need to be spaced apart for safety and comfort. During your consultation, the doctor will plan a sequence that prioritises your safety and recovery time. Never combine treatments without medical supervision.
Are there age requirements for your treatments?
Most aesthetic and pelvic treatments are intended for adults aged 18 and above. Certain treatments have additional considerations for patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have specific medical conditions. The doctor will assess suitability at consultation.

Pricing
How quotes are prepared, packages, and deposits. Prices are personalised after consultation — message us for a tailored quote.
How does pricing work at Klinik Amisi?
Pricing varies depending on the treatment, the area being treated and the number of sessions required. Because each plan is personalised, we provide a transparent quote after your consultation rather than a fixed price list online. Contact us via WhatsApp for a personalised quote based on your goals.
Do you offer treatment packages?
Yes — for treatments that work best as a course (such as laser series, HIFEM sessions or skin programmes), we offer bundled packages designed by our doctors. Package contents and pricing are explained during consultation. See our promotions page for current package categories.
Is a deposit required to book?
A small deposit may be required to confirm certain procedure slots, particularly for longer treatments or peak hours. The deposit is applied to your final bill on the day of treatment. Consultation-only appointments do not usually require a deposit. Specific terms are confirmed at booking.

Privacy and comfort
Confidentiality, all-female environment, and what to expect on arrival.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. All medical records and personal data are handled in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and medical confidentiality standards. Records are stored securely and only accessed by authorised members of your care team. See our privacy policy for full details.
Will I be seen by female staff only?
Yes. Our entire clinical team — doctors, nurses, and treatment-room assistants — is female. Patients undergoing intimate or sensitive examinations are always attended by female staff only.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Comfortable clothing is best. For facial or upper-body treatments, a top with an easy neckline helps. For body, pelvic or intimate treatments, you may be asked to change into a clinic gown — these are provided. Avoid heavy makeup if you are coming in for a skin assessment.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
Yes — you are welcome to bring a partner, parent or trusted friend for support. They may wait in our reception area, and may join your consultation if you wish. For privacy reasons, only the patient is in the treatment room during the actual procedure unless there is a specific clinical reason otherwise.
