6. Bookings and Cancellations

Appointment requests submitted through the Website (via WhatsApp links or our contact form) are an indication of interest only. An appointment is confirmed only when our careline team replies to you and a specific date and time is mutually agreed.

  • We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment, so that the slot can be offered to another patient.
  • Some treatments may require a booking deposit or a cancellation fee. Where this applies, the amount and the conditions will be communicated to you in advance and are subject to the clinic policy in force at the time of booking.
  • We reserve the right to decline, reschedule or cancel an appointment where, in our clinical judgement, the booking is not appropriate for the patient or where there are operational constraints.
  • Repeated late arrivals or no-shows may result in future bookings being declined or requiring an upfront deposit.

7. Treatment Terms

Nothing on this Website constitutes an offer to treat or a binding treatment agreement. Any treatment is provided only after:

  • An in-clinic consultation with one of our registered medical doctors
  • Discussion of the proposed treatment, its expected benefits, potential risks, side effects and alternatives
  • Your signed informed consent on the specific treatment consent form used at the clinic
  • Settlement of the agreed fee in accordance with the clinic's payment terms

The terms of treatment, aftercare, follow-up and any warranties or touch-up policies are governed by the relevant consent and clinic documents you sign at the time of treatment, not by this Website.

8. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms or messaging applications (for example, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Amisi Medic Sdn. 11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

You and we agree that the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
