PRP Breast, in one paragraph

PRP Breast at Klinik Amisi uses platelet-rich plasma prepared from your own blood, placed into the breast and decolletage area to support skin quality, tissue repair and collagen activity. A session takes 45 to 60 minutes including the blood draw, preparation and numbing, and many patients follow a short series planned at consultation. Downtime is usually mild, with swelling, tenderness or bruising at the injection points that settles over a few days.

You're not alone

The décolletage shows time first. It's also the area we look after least.

The skin of the chest and breast area is thinner than facial skin, gets years of sun through car windows and open necklines, and goes through a lot, pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight changes. Yet most skincare routines stop at the jawline.

It's an area many women feel shy to raise, even at a clinic. Here, you can, and the treatment starts with nothing more than your own blood.

Does this sound like you?

PRP Breast is explored for these kinds of concerns.

Crepey or thinning skin on the décolletage
Skin quality changes after breastfeeding
Sun-weathered chest skin
Loss of skin firmness around the breast area
Fine lines across the chest
A preference for a treatment using your own blood
When it's not for you: we don't offer PRP Breast during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active infection or open wounds in the area, with a bleeding or platelet disorder, with blood-thinning medication that hasn't been reviewed, or where a breast condition is under investigation. A history of breast cancer needs specialist clearance first. Our doctor screens all of this, including your breast screening status, at consultation, and will tell you honestly if a different treatment fits better.

Three effects, one session

PRP Breast is an autologous treatment, platelet-rich plasma prepared from your own blood, with nothing donor or synthetic involved.

01 · Your own blood

Draw

A three-tube sample is taken from your arm, a larger draw than facial PRP, but just as routine as a blood test.

02 · Growth factors

Enrich

A centrifuge concentrates the platelet-rich plasma, the fraction of your blood that carries its own growth factors.

03 · Skin quality

Revitalise

Placed into the breast and décolletage area, those growth factors support skin quality, tissue repair and collagen activity over the weeks that follow.

How it works

A bigger draw than facial PRP. The same gentle idea.

PRP Breast begins with a three-tube blood draw from your arm. While the centrifuge concentrates the platelet-rich plasma, topical numbing cream is applied to the treatment area. Our doctor then places the prepared plasma into the skin of the breast and décolletage. The growth factors it carries are designed to support the tissue's own repair and collagen activity, since this is a skin-quality treatment, not a volumising one. If lost volume is your real concern, our Lipogen treatment is the better conversation to have.

What recovery really looks like

Your week after treatment.

Same day Walk out, carry on

Back to your usual routine. Mild swelling or tenderness at the injection points is normal.

Day 1–2 Let it settle

Tenderness eases and any small marks soften. Skip strenuous exercise, saunas and very hot showers for 24 hours.

First few days Be gentle

Any bruising at the injection points fades over a few days. A soft, comfortable bra helps; avoid firm massage of the area.

The weeks after It keeps building

As the tissue responds to its own growth factors, skin quality builds gradually and cumulatively. Individual results vary.

Many patients follow a short series of sessions planned with the doctor at consultation. No fixed packages, no pressure.

Private, female-led care

An area you'd rather not explain. Here, you never have to.

  • Every doctor, nurse and front-desk team member is a woman.
  • Private consultation rooms. Your visit and details stay discreet.
  • A doctor examines and screens you before any treatment is planned.

Questions, answered plainly

What women ask us most.

What is PRP Breast?
PRP Breast is a treatment that uses platelet-rich plasma prepared from a sample of your own blood. After a three-tube draw from your arm, the sample is spun in a centrifuge to concentrate the plasma fraction that carries a higher concentration of platelets and their growth factors. That plasma is then placed into the skin of the breast and décolletage area to support localised tissue repair, skin quality and collagen activity. Nothing from another person, and no synthetic material, is used.
Will it make my breasts bigger or lift them?
No. PRP Breast is a skin-quality and tissue-support treatment, not a volumising treatment and not a lift. It is explored for concerns like crepey décolletage skin, thinning skin and changes after breastfeeding. If your main concern is volume that has been lost, our Lipogen treatment is designed around that goal instead, and our doctor will help you work out which conversation is the right one at consultation.
How is it different from PRP for the face?
The principle is the same, your own platelet-rich plasma, returned to your own skin. The main practical difference is the size of the draw: PRP Breast uses a three-tube blood draw, larger than the facial protocol, to prepare enough plasma for the treatment area. The placement is also planned for the skin of the breast and décolletage rather than the face.
Is it really made from my own blood?
Yes. Blood is drawn from your arm in the same way as a routine blood test, then processed in a centrifuge in the clinic. Only the platelet-rich plasma fraction of your own blood is used. Because the material is autologous, the risk of an allergic reaction is very low.
Does it hurt?
Topical numbing cream is applied to the treatment area before any placement. Most patients describe pressure or brief stinging rather than sharp pain, and the blood draw itself feels like a routine venipuncture. The area can feel tender for a day or two afterwards.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no fixed course. Many patients follow a short series of sessions, and the number and spacing are planned by the doctor at your consultation based on your skin and your goals. There are no packages you have to commit to upfront.
