What it is
N Rose V-Filler is a hyaluronic acid filler from Neauvia (Italy), formulated specifically for the intimate area. It is offered at Klinik Amisi as part of the intimacy pillar for appropriate candidates after a thorough medical consultation. The product uses cross-linked hyaluronic acid enriched with amino acids (L-proline and glycine), in a formulation certified for intimate use.
The treatment is positioned around supporting volume and tissue quality in the intimate area, and is sometimes incorporated into a wider plan that may include Vaginal Rejuvenation Laser, Thuzzle VT or HIFEM pelvic floor sessions. It is not a substitute for the diagnosis and management of underlying gynaecological conditions; patients with unexplained intimate symptoms should always be assessed first.
A consultation is required before any first session. Our doctor will review your goals, medical history, any prior intimate procedures or surgery and any obstetric or menopausal context before recommending whether this treatment is appropriate, and will not proceed if it is not suitable.
How it works
N Rose V-Filler is delivered via fine-needle injection into the targeted area of the intimate region by a trained doctor, after numbing. The cross-linked hyaluronic acid component supports volume and hydration in the local tissue. The added amino acids (L-proline and glycine) are positioned in the formulation as supportive building blocks that may encourage local tissue response over time.
A volume-supporting effect is typically visible soon after the session as the filler settles, while tissue hydration and quality changes build more gradually over the following weeks. Because the product is hyaluronic acid based, it is biodegradable and gradually absorbed by the body over time, which is why maintenance sessions are typically reviewed at follow-up rather than at a fixed interval. Individual results vary.
What to expect
Before your treatment
Your first visit begins with a consultation in a private setting with our female medical team. We will discuss your goals, full medical history, any prior intimate procedures, obstetric and menopausal history, current medications and any allergies. We will also walk through the full risk profile, including reversibility, before any treatment is planned.
During the session
The area is gently cleansed and topical numbing is applied to keep the procedure as comfortable as possible. The doctor then administers the filler using small, controlled placements into the targeted tissue. Sessions typically take 45 to 60 minutes including numbing time. You may feel pressure or a brief stinging sensation during the placements.
After your treatment
You may experience mild swelling, tenderness or light spotting in the days following the session — these usually settle over a few days. Your doctor will provide specific aftercare guidance, which generally includes avoiding intercourse, tampons, hot baths, sauna and intense exercise for a defined period. Follow the aftercare guidance carefully and contact the clinic if you have any concerns.
Recovery and downtime
For most patients, downtime is mild. Short-term swelling, tenderness or any bruising typically softens within a few days. Most patients return to normal daily activities the same or next day, with intimate activity and certain other activities resumed only after the period your doctor specifies. Individual results vary.
Who is this for
N Rose V-Filler is typically considered by adult women exploring volume and tissue support in the intimate area after a medical assessment, often in the context of post-menopausal changes, post-natal recovery (after appropriate clearance) or other physiological changes.
You may be a candidate if you have:
- An interest in intimate area volume and tissue support after assessment
- Post-menopausal changes contributing to dryness or comfort concerns
- Post-natal status with sufficient recovery time and obstetrician clearance
- An interest in a non-surgical, reversible HA-based option
- Realistic expectations about gradual change and maintenance over time
- No active intimate infection or contraindicating conditions
Considerations and contraindications
N Rose V-Filler is generally not offered to patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, who have active intimate infection, open wounds or skin conditions in the treatment area, who have a history of severe allergic reactions to any component of the product, or who have certain autoimmune or bleeding conditions that need medical clearance first. Patients with active or untreated gynaecological conditions should be assessed and managed for those first. Always disclose your full medical history, obstetric and menopausal context, and any medications during consultation so the right approach — or no treatment at all — can be recommended.
