Cell Booster

Swiss injectable booster complex available in Glow, Lift and Shape variants — designed to support brightness, firmness or facial contouring depending on your concern.

What it is

Cell Booster is a Swiss-manufactured injectable skin booster complex from Suisselle, offered at Klinik Amisi within the skin pillar. It is a CE-marked Class III medical device that combines hyaluronic acid with a stabilised mix of amino acids, vitamins and trace elements (oligo-elements).

The product is offered in three variants, each formulated for a slightly different concern:

  • Cell Booster Glow — leans towards brightness and a more even-looking tone, often considered for patients whose primary concern is dullness or uneven complexion.
  • Cell Booster Lift — positioned around firmness and overall skin quality, often considered for patients with early to moderate signs of skin fatigue or loss of bounce.
  • Cell Booster Shape — targets facial contouring, microcirculation and reducing puffiness, often considered for patients concerned about a tired, fluid-retaining look around the face.

A consultation is required before the first session. Our doctor will review your skin condition, medical history and goals before recommending whether Cell Booster is appropriate, which variant suits you, and how many sessions to plan.

How it works

Cell Booster is delivered into the upper layers of the skin using fine needles. Once in place, the hyaluronic acid component supports hydration and surface smoothness, while the additional amino acids, vitamins and trace elements provide a supporting mix that may encourage the skin’s own collagen and elastin activity over time. Each variant uses a slightly different formulation balance to lean the response towards brightness, firmness or contouring, depending on the product chosen.

What to expect

Before your treatment

Your first visit begins with a consultation. We will discuss your skin concerns, medical history, current skincare, any past injectable treatments and any medications including blood thinners. To reduce the risk of bruising, we may suggest avoiding fish oil, high-dose vitamin E and similar supplements for several days before your session, where it is safe to do so.

During the session

The skin is cleansed and a topical numbing cream is usually applied for around 20 to 30 minutes. The doctor then injects Cell Booster across the planned area using small, controlled placements. Sessions typically take 30 to 45 minutes including numbing time. You may feel mild stinging or pressure during the injections.

After your treatment

You may see small bumps at the injection points immediately afterwards — this is expected with most skin boosters and usually settles within 24 to 48 hours. Mild redness, swelling or pinpoint bruising is also possible. Avoid heavy makeup for the rest of the day, and skip strenuous exercise, saunas and very hot showers for 24 hours. Daily broad-spectrum SPF 50+ is part of the long-term plan.

Recovery and downtime

For most patients, downtime is mild. Surface bumps typically soften within a day or two, while any bruising can take a few days longer to fade. Avoid strong actives, exfoliants and facial massage for at least 48 hours, and follow your doctor’s specific aftercare advice. Improvement in skin quality builds gradually over the course of sessions, and individual results vary.

Who is this for

Cell Booster is typically considered by adults who want to support skin quality and resilience over time, with the option to lean the formula towards brightness, firmness or contouring depending on their concern. It suits patients comfortable with injectable treatments and willing to follow a structured plan.

You may be a candidate if you have:

  • Dullness, uneven tone or tired-looking skin
  • Early to moderate loss of bounce or firmness
  • A tired, fluid-retaining look that you would like to address
  • Willingness to commit to a course and follow aftercare
  • Realistic expectations about gradual, cumulative change
  • No active skin infection or contraindicating medical conditions

Considerations and contraindications

Cell Booster is generally not offered to patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, who have active skin infection, open wounds or cold sores in the treatment area, who have a history of severe allergic reactions to any component of the product, or who have certain autoimmune or bleeding conditions that need medical clearance first. Recent dental work, acute illness or planned major events within a few days of the session may also lead our doctor to reschedule. Always disclose your full medical history, medications and supplements during consultation so the right product — or no treatment at all — can be recommended.

Frequently asked questions

What is Cell Booster?
Cell Booster is an injectable skin booster complex from Suisselle (Switzerland) that combines hyaluronic acid with amino acids, vitamins and trace elements. It is delivered into the upper layers of the skin to support skin quality, with three different variants tailored to different concerns.
What is the difference between Glow, Lift and Shape?
Cell Booster Glow leans towards brightness and supporting a more even-looking tone. Cell Booster Lift is positioned around firmness and overall skin quality. Cell Booster Shape targets facial contouring and de-puffing. Our doctor will recommend which variant — or combination — suits your concerns at consultation.
Is this a filler?
No. Cell Booster is a skin booster, not a dermal filler. It is designed to support skin quality at the dermal level rather than to add volume or change facial proportions.
Is the treatment painful?
Topical numbing cream is applied before the session to keep the experience comfortable. Most patients describe mild stinging or pressure during the injections.
How quickly will I see a difference?
Some patients notice a fresher look within days, while changes in skin quality build gradually over the recommended course. Individual results vary.
How many sessions will I need?
A typical plan is 3 to 6 sessions, with the exact schedule depending on the variant chosen, your skin condition and goals. Maintenance sessions are usually planned afterwards.
Are there any side effects?
Common short-term effects include small bumps at injection points, mild redness, swelling or bruising. Our doctor will go through the full risk profile during consultation.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the variant and whether you take a single session or a course. Please consult our team for current rates.
